Minority Landowner

Minority Landowner partners with clients to design and deliver farmer and landowner workshops to improve outreach to socially disadvantaged and underserved producers. They desire to increase the understanding of and participation in available programs and services. 

Minority Landowner offers several services, including the Farm Turnaround Team, who will meet at the kitchen table with family farm enterprises to help identify and correct deficiencies and inefficiencies in their land management operation and provide short-term and long-term strategies for turning things around.

The Organic Trade Association is a membership-based business association for organic agriculture and products in North America. OTA represents over 9,500 organic businesses across 50 states. Its members include growers, shippers, processors, certifiers, farmers’ associations, distributors, importers, exporters, consultants, retailers, and others.  

The Organic Trade Association’s new Small Business Access (SBA) Program removes the financial and technical barriers that keep under-resourced producers and brands from entering the organic marketplace.
